Tickets will be distributed in a manner deemed most appropriate by All Blacks Travel & Hospitality. We endeavour to inform you of the delivery method a week before match day.​

Tickets included in your package may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from All Blacks Travel & Hospitality and the match organiser.​

Once distributed, tickets are your responsibility and cannot be replaced.​

Seating allocations are determined by All Blacks Travel & Hospitality in collaboration with the event organisers. While specific seat selection may not be available, efforts are made to ensure groups are seated together.​

Yes, stadiums may have specific policies regarding prohibited items. It's advisable to check the venue's guidelines prior to the event to ensure compliance.​

Arrival times can vary depending on the package. For hospitality experiences, doors typically open 2-3 hours before kickoff, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere. Exact timings will be confirmed prior to match-day.


Travel & Accommodation

Unless otherwise specific, flights are not considered part of your package and are booked separately. Any flight arrangements made on your behalf are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.​
Please note - for longer travel packages (Northern Tour, Argentina, South Africa etc) internal flights are usually included within the packages.

While most of our packages focus on accommodation, match tickets and hospitality, we can assist with flight bookings for selected packages or provide recommendations for trusted partners.

Generally, hotel reward points are not applicable to accommodation included in our packages.​

If you have specific needs or requests, it's important to communicate them at the time of booking or as early as possible. Standard hotel check-in is typically from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. However, times may vary between hotels; you will receive further details closer to the package start dates.


Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances such as match cancellations.​ For further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

If a match is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund for the match tickets included in your package.​

It's recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such situations, as refunds are not guaranteed.​


Insurance & Liability

Purchasing adequate travel insurance is recommended and should be arranged at or around the time of booking.​

Your insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies and any other unforeseen events that could affect your travel plans.​

It's highly recommended that your travel insurance includes coverage for these type of events, such as trip cancellations, medical expenses and quarantine costs.​

If you test positive before departure, you should not travel or attend and must contact All Blacks Travel & Hospitality immediately. If you test positive while travelling, you must follow local health guidelines, which may include isolation. Ensure your travel insurance covers such scenarios.​
